1. Copy the link above to your clipboard
2. Open Google Calendar
3. On the left hand side, right click on “Other Calendars”, select “From URL” and paste the link you copied.
4. The PPP Calendar will be added to your “Other Calendars”.
1. To import the PPP 2020 Calendar if Outlook is your default calendar, visit the URL above and then click “Open” in the pop-up box which should appear asking you what you want to do with this reachcalendar.ics. The calendar should be added automatically to your “Other Calendars” section.
2. To import the PPP 2020 Calendar to your Google Calendar, right click on “Other Calendars”, select “From URL” and copy & paste the URL above. The PPP Calendar will be added to your “Other Calendars”.
NOTE: You will be importing a static version of the calendar so if any session does get moved, you will need to either manually move it in your Calendar or re-import the Calendar using the same link to keep it up to date.
